1. The contract of sale shall be considered valid from the moment of confirmation of an order in writing by the seller.
2. The delivery obligation does not apply without entitlement to compensation if the Selleris not supplier by his supplier or if the delivery cannotbe executed through no fault of the Seller. In the event of questioning the completeness of the goods, the Buyer must report all defect on the consignment note of the forwarder which must be signed by the forwarder and sent to the Seller within 48 hours after the delivery.
3. The final payment shall be executed after the notification informing about the readiness of goodsby the Seller but beforethe delivery. If the Buyerdenies to pay, the Seller keeps the prepayment as compensation for beared cost and loss.
4. Until full payment the vehicle remainsproperty of the Seller.
5. The buyer is obligedto accept the object of purchase within12 working days
from receipt of the notification of availability. In the case of non-acceptance, the seller may exercise his legal right and demand compensation. The compensation for new cars is 15% of the purchase price.
6. This contract, all legal relationships arising therefrom and related thereto,as well as any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection therewith, shall be governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
If the deal is canceledfor any reasonby the seller, the sellerwill return the deposit to the buyer and the seller has no right to ask for any more compensation.
If the deal is canceledfor any reasonby the buyer, the depositwill become penaltyfee in favor of the seller.
